Privacy Policy
1. Agreeing to the submission of the electronic form data on the website Metaverse.sk.ru the applicant gives his consent to the Non-profit Organization Foundation for the Development of the Center for the Development and Commercialization of New Technologies (Skolkovo Foundation), OGRN 1107799016720, located at: 4 Lugovaya str., Moscow, 121205, Russian Federation, the territory of the Skolkovo Innovation Center (hereinafter referred to as; the operator) to process information containing personal data (surname, first name, patronymic, contact phone number, e-mail address, city of residence, and any other information related to the identity of the applicant, available or known at any particular time to the operator (hereinafter referred to as "Personal Data").
2. The purpose of personal data processing: fulfillment by the Skolkovo Foundation of its obligations to the applicant within the framework of the program, as well as for the purpose of using the site's databases when conducting sociological surveys and research. The applicant consents to the processing of his personal data, including, without limitation: collection, recording, systematization, accumulation, storage, clarification (updating, modification), use, distribution (including transfer), blocking, destruction, cross-border transfer of Personal Data, as well as the implementation of any other actions with Personal Data, taking into account current legislation.
3. Personal data may be transferred to third parties:
- Experts to review and evaluate projects.

4. Personal data is processed by the Operator within 10 years from the date of signing the agreement. By submitting the personal data of their representatives, the applicant confirms that properly, in accordance with part 4 of Article
9 of Federal Law No.152-FZ of 27.07.2006 on Personal Data, Resolution of the Government of the Russian Federation No. 1119 of November 1, 2012 on Approval of Requirements for the Protection of Personal data during Their Processing
in personal Data Information systems", Decree of the Government of the Russian Federation of September 15, 2008 No. 687"On Approval of the Regulation on the Specifics of Personal Data Processing Carried Out without the Use of Automation tools", Federal Law No. 125-FZ "On Archival Business in the Russian Federation" and to other regulatory legal acts in the field of personal data processing, archival affairs and archival storage, received written consent from them for processing, including the transfer of such personal data to the operator.
5. This Consent is given by the applicant personally and voluntarily. This consent may be revoked by the applicant at any time by sending a written notification to the address: 121205, Russian Federation, Moscow, Lugovaya str

in accordance with the requirement of Part 2 of Article 18.1 of Federal Law No. 152-FZ of 27.06.2006 "On Personal data".
